The settlements on the side of river pance

The settlements on the sides of the river Pance pulling sewage into the river and the consequences of this.
The Pance River is one of the most attractive places in Cali. Many people go there on weekends and bathes in the river, but the problem is not to go and do this, because the river is so important and this is not bad, the problem are the settlements that are on the side of this beautiful river that are polluting it.
The settlements that are on the side of one of the most important rivers of Cali are helping to contaminate this river because the pulling water is falling to the water.
The people who lives in this settlements makes this because they didn’t have an Aqueduct so they didn’t have another place to pull the residual water but the problem is that the vast majority of these settlements are illegal which prevents rulers make them aqueducts necessary or hydraulic systems. The river is the one to pay the consequences because it is what is being contaminated; it also affects people who enjoy the river (a large proportion of the population of Cali).
The river water is not as pure as it was 10 years ago, as the settlements which have grown at compounded the problem because the more people, more and more sewage waste.
We can solve this if we make some suggestions or we purpose to the rulers to make an aqueduct on those settlements to handle this carefully because we think that this subject is not important, but is more dangerous that we think because is not only the contamination of the river, is the people who goes there and bathes and can contract an illness, that’s why this is a big problem.
The most reasonable solution would be to eliminate those settlements that first are illegal and second, they are not allow to the people who live there optimal living conditions.
But this is not the only solution, this is not just blame the government or local leaders, is lack of awareness. Doing this  brings many consequences  not only for those who enjoy the river, if not also for those who do this because we know that is necessary but if people had common sense would seek ways to solve their problems, without affecting the others.
